Our visits range from as little as 30 minutes to 24-hour care, so that we are able to support a variety of different needs.
We appoint a contact person for each individual customer. These contact persons become familiar with their client's everyday life and care needs through regular contact. Next, how home care services/support should be organised is discussed. Individual implementation plans are reviewed regularly, and any updates are documented.
Our employees are reliable and thorough and receive training continuously so that you get the best possible service. We have broad language skills and extensive experience in working with people from different cultures. If the individual customer or family member is dissatisfied with any part of our service or staff, we want to know as soon as possible. Any complaints or suggestions received will be dealt with immediately.
